CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS OF GOODS ORDERED ONLINE FROM THE District SITE or from our stores.

1.Refunds and returns of goods ordered online from the District Site

• The customer has the right to refuse to receive the requested goods, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving any reason for his refusal.

1.1 The Customer is entitled to request a replacement of a size or item included in his original order within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case it is necessary to return the shipment:

- at: 1766 Sofia, 6 Vasil Radoslavov Str., Business Park Sofia, District Building, Online Store

or

- to make a change of size or item appearing in its original order in each of the District stores except our stores in Sliven, Borovets, Bansko, Sozopol and Haskovo. Full list of our stores: see here

2. The Customer is entitled to return the received items within 14 days without any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason. District returns all amounts received by the consumer, including shipping costs.

  • FREE IS THE RETURN OF: clothes, shoes and accessories (backpacks, wallets, bags, socks, scarves, hats, gloves, belts and glasses). The return at the expense of "District" is mandatory done with the courier company SPEEDY, ECONT or EUROWAY, and could NOT be done by a randomly selected courier from the client.
  • The transport costs for returning fitness equipment, bicycles, heavy fitness, sport or hiking equipment are at the expense of the CLIENT, except in cases when:

- the received goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered;

- the error occurred as a result of our fault;

2.1. The address for returns is 1766 Sofia, 6 Vasil Radoslavov Str., Business Park Sofia, District Building, Online Store. Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

2.1.1. The return request has been submitted in writing to the email address specified by District within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The request must include: the full name of the customer / account owner, a telephone number for contact, personal bank account of the customer, to which the amount paid by the customer will be restored.

2.1.2. The goods should NOT be used, good commercial appearance, with original packaging, with original labels, with the original documents issued by District S.A. - invoice and warranty card (if issued).

2.1.3. When returning the goods, they must be packed, according to the respective courier company or other durable polyethylene packaging, on which the return documents (transport documents/waybill, etc.) should be attached. On the original packaging of the product - a box or envelope of the product should NOT be attached or glued/taped any materials, tape, transport documents or other things, which would impair the integrity and commercial appearance of the original packaging !!!

2.1.4 When the return of the product is at the expense of District S.A., it is done obligatory with the courier company SPEEDY or ECONT, NOT with a chosen courier from the client.

2.2. The Client has the right to return the received items to any of the District stores except our stores in Sliven, Borovets, Bansko, Sozopol and Haskovo. Return of items and refund shall be allowed under the conditions of article 2.1.2.

 

3. Conditions for replacing goods purchased physically at District stores.

Goods purchased physically in our stores without damage of defect cannot be returned for refund, only for replacement. The replacement of the goods can be done within 14 days from the date of purchase!

3.1. Replacement Requirements:

  • The customer must provide document for the purchase.
  • The goods must be in good commercial condition.
  • The product must have all the labels with which it was purchased.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, which in turn must not have any defects.

3.2. Replacement options:

  • Replacement for the same item model (different number, color, etc.)
  • Replacement for another item of the same value or higher (the customer pays the difference)
  • Voucher refund (GIFT CARD)
  • Recommendations: When you buy shoes (of any type), take them home and wear them for 15-20 minutes. With this procedure, you first understand whether the model and size you have chosen is the right choice, and second, you will retain the commercial appearance of the shoe for possible replacement.

4. Click & Collect order replacement / return options with District's store shipping address

4.1. With Click & Collect online payment (payment via debit / credit card site or bank transfer)

  • The Client has the right to return the received items within 14 days without paying any compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, and to request a refund of the payment method with which the payment was made.
  • The customer has the right to make a replacement for the same model item. (another number, color, etc.)
  • The customer has the right to make a replacement of the same value or higher (paying the customer the difference).

4.2. When paying Click & Collect order on-site at District stores (regardless of payment type - cash, card or voucher)

  • Replacement for the same item model (different number, color, etc.)
  • Replacement for another item of the same value or higher (the customer pays the difference)
  • Voucher refund (GIFT CARD)

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds paid by card.

- If we need to return the amounts paid with the card for the services contracted and performed by us, this will be done by us through a credit transaction on the card that made the payment after completing the online request form - see here.

- If for any reason the return on the card is unsuccessful, the client will be further notified in order to provide a bank account on his name at which the amount will be refunded.

5.2. Refunds paid in cash.

5.2.1. At the District store.

- Refunds can be made at any of the District stores except our stores in Sliven, Borovets, Bansko, Sozopol and Haskovo. Full list of our stores: see here

- District reserves the right to refuse or delay the refund in the store in case of insufficient cash at the moment. *

* Recommendation: It is advisable for customers who wish to return a product to a District store to visit the store in the afternoon.

5.2.2. By bank account or postal account.

- Refunds of cash payments are after the customer has fillied in the online request form or at the correspondence email provided by District S.A. - here. The request must contain the full name from the ID card, the client's personal bank account, to which the amount paid for by the customer will be refunded. Refunds can also be made by postal record, requiring three names from ID card, correct address: city, postcode, street or flat.

 

6. Term for refunds by card or cash on delivery.

- In accordance with the provisions of the CPA, District restores the amount paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date on which the client exercised his right to return the goods (the starting date is the date on which District physically received the returned goods from the customer).

- District is not responsible for any incorrect information during the registration, as well as in the return and refund forms or delays by the courier companies, which may result in delay in the recovery or other inconvenience for the client..
